Webber House is one of our supported living projects which offers bespoke, single service accommodation with specific support packages for individuals with complex / challenging needs due to mental health and/or Learning disabilities conditions.
The ethos of the packages at Webber House is to enable individuals to enjoy maximum possible privacy and individuality of their own accommodation and care/ support packages within an environment that is able to avail extended care support during times of increased need.
All individuals are encouraged and supported to maximize ownership sense of the flat-let by participating in the decoration and design of the flat within an agreed risk-assessment framework.
This is deliberately designed to achieve a positive balance between safety and positive risk-taking.
The participatory and ownership pathway is maintained throughout the stay of the resident with a view to supporting all positive self-determination outcomes for each individual.
Webber House is placed in the heart of a tranquil residential community near Swanwick train station, bus station, shopping centre along the A27, a five-minute drive from the M27 motorway.
