Webber House is one of our newer support projects which offers bespoke, single service flat-lets with specific support packages for individuals with complex/ challenging needs due to mental health and/ or Learning disabilities conditions within a separated tenancy and support package arrangement.
The ethos of the packages at Webber House is to enable individuals to enjoy maximum possible privacy and individuality of own accommodation and care/ support packages within an environment that is able to avail extended care support during times of increased need.
All individuals are encouraged and supported to maximize ownership sense of the flat-let by participating in the decoration and design of the flat within an agreed risk assessment framework. This is deliberately designed to achieve a positive balance between safety and positive risk taking.
The participatory and ownership pathway is maintained throughout the stay of the resident with a view to support all positive self-determination outcomes for each individual.
Webber House is placed in the heart of a tranquil residential community near Swanwick train station, bus station, shopping centre along the A27, five minute drive from the M27 motorway. The house is easily accessible and offers a good community integration opportunity for individuals.
The first inspection report for this service will be published pending full registration and inspection.
